Hi Pina,

It has taken me years to be okay with anger and sadness. I didn't want to face the 'darker' feelings because they aren't socially acceptable and I thought it showed weakness. Boy, was I wrong! They are as just as part of being human as our happiness and joy.The key is to release these feelings without hurting anyone else. The bubble, crying and stomping in the woods work pretty well for me.

All the best for you and your Dad. Please stay in touch.

Warmly,
Holly

I Just love your bubble exercise. I reread again today and it gave me chills. It's so simple yet so powerful. Thanks for writing it. I also loved the trash story. It shows how easy we let the negative energy draw us from a peaceful, loving, and happy life...over really nothing important at all.

Hi Lori,

For some reason I knew instantly we were connected. When I read your tag line I almost fell off my chair. I wasn't kidding when I said I have been looking for someone who understands and has a richer perspective in regards to dementia or any other challenge.

What a great gift--thank you!

Hey Holyy,

I'm back on your site and everything is back to english! I can read it. LOL I told you it was proably me. Now I see what you mean about our paths and writing being so similar. Yikes! Are we twins? Our tag lines are even similar. Mine on the Resource site www.AlzheimersSpeaks is "Giving Voice, Enriching Lives" We are very aligned in our thoughts. It's very neat.

Say, I have added your site to my blogroll.

We'll talk later I'm sure
